Alicudi Project

Paola Pivi's Alicudi Project is a print-out, on a 1 : 1 scale, of a photograph of Alicudi, an island off the north coast of Sicily where the artist has lived.  The exhibit here shows only a section of the image.  Every time Alicudi Project is exhibited, the next section of the image will be added.  It will take 3742 sections to display the entire 500 m x 1818.75 m image.
