Phosphorescent Bruneau

I went to Pierre Bruneau's solo exhibition ?!? at Toronto's De Luca Fine Art this past weekend.  Mysterious images appeared on Bruneau's monochromatic phosphorescent paintings when the light went out.  Here's what the paintings look like when it is bright:
