Schwitters Merzbilder

One of the highlights of my recent trip to London was to see the two parallel shows featuring Kurt Schwitters.  Schwitters In Britain at Tate Britain did not allow photography.  So I have no pictures from there to show you.  Fortunately, I have pictures from the parallel show Collages And Assemblages 1920-1947 at Bernard Jacobson Gallery.  Calling his compositions Merz, Schwitters has been and will continue to be a strong influence to art in the 20th and the 21st centuries.
