Lausberg Düsseldorf

Lausberg Contemporary is one of my favourite art galleries in Toronto.  My visit to its parent Galerie Bernd A Lausberg in Düsseldorf is one of the highlights of today.  Currently showing there is Stephen Cone Weeks's latest layered glass sketches.  He had his solo exhibition in Toronto a couple years ago.

I also found Camill Leberer's steel paintings at Galerie Lausberg today.  Who knows?  Maybe we'll get a chance to see Leberer's works in Toronto some time in future.

Thank you, B and B, for arranging my visit to your gallery, which closes the Düsseldorf chapter of my German trip in really no better way.

Wunderbar

My favourite artist Jürgen Paas' latest solo exhibition Wunderbar is opening at Düsseldorf's Galerie Bernd A Lausberg this Friday.  Since I won't be able to travel to Germany any time before summer, I can only get a sneak peak of his latest works here at Toronto's Lausberg Contemporary.  I hope his show will travel to Toronto some time soon in future.
