Clouds

From his solo exhibition At Your Own ____, Nasan Tur's Clouds photography series captured from newspaper picturesque images of candy-coloured clouds floating in the peaceful sky.  These tranquil pictures of clouds were, in fact, extracted from violent scenes of riots, with the beautiful clouds actually being puffs of smoke.  Tur's images raise the questions of deception and truth and the manipulation of perception.
