Vacant Circumstances

With his solo exhibition Vacant Circumstances: This And Something Else, Dong Kyoon Nam explored the relationship between domestic electrical appliances and their fixed infrastructures (extension cords, plugs, switches, sockets, etc.).  The menacing electric current murmured about its presence through subdued hums and ticks on this quiet Thanksgiving Saturday afternoon.
